Katherine Bojsza has accepted an invitation to join the partnership, becoming the firm’s fifteenth partner since its founding in 1955.
Partner Michael D. Flynn, who has guided the firm’s curtain wall design for more than three decades, will move into the role of partner emeritus.
Kate began her career at PCF&P in 2004, advancing swiftly from curtain wall design to various leadership roles. She has served as project manager for many of the firm’s most important recent works and has been responsible for an array of modernization projects, including the restoration and renewal of the Time & Life Building at Rockefeller Center. Kate brings to the partnership a passion for facilitating good design and a keen understanding of the way that design excellence can manifest at many scales and across project types. She is particularly excited by the potential of the renovation/repositioning typology to reduce the energy and carbon footprint of the building sector. “PCF is uniquely positioned to contribute to that important work,” she says, “and I look forward to deepening the firm’s engagement with this critical new area of practice.”
Since joining the firm in 1962, Mike has contributed to nearly two hundred built works, securing the firm’s reputation as a leader in the art and science of building enclosure. In recent years, he has overseen the development of numerous innovative climate walls and found solutions to the unique challenges of facade replacement. As partner emeritus, Mike will continue to advise on new and ongoing projects.
