Overlooking Boston’s historic Back Bay, One Dalton fulfills this mandate with an array of design details that make it both a good neighbor and a responsible citizen of its city. The low-rise podium, clad in warm gray granite, respects the scale and materiality of the nearby historic townhouses, while on the upper floors, gray-tinted, bird-friendly glass reduces exterior glare and provides optimal energy performance.
