The recladding and repositioning of 1271 Avenue of the Americas has been honored with a series of local and international design awards.
The commercially successful transformation of the former Time & Life Building in New York has won two awards from the Chicago Athenaeum / European Centre—the American Architecture Award and the International Architecture Award—as well as honors from the New York Council of the Society of American Registered Architects. The project is also a finalist in the Facade Tectonics Institute’s Vitruvian Awards.
